We are a remote studio
Believer is committed to remote work for the long term. We provide everything that is necessary to help people work successfully, including top-of-the line hardware and software. As part of being on a distributed team, we set core hours that are conducive to Believers and managing work/life balance.
We are owners
To new Believers, we offer different compensation packages with a blend of equity and base salary and believe in the long-term potential of our equity as a way to celebrate shared success. For Believers based in North America, our cash compensation is matched to other world-leading technology firms based in urban hubs like San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City, without any geotiering.
We support Believer families
We offer 20 weeks of paid time off for non-birthing parents, and 26 weeks of paid time off for birthing parents. This is offered to any new parent, whether it be through adoption, foster care, or whatever way a child may come into your life. After returning to work, new parents have the option to take 8 weeks to ramp back up to work at a modified pace that works for them.
We also offer $25,000 lifetime support to Believers who want to seek out any family planning services, including fertility services, adoption, surrogacy, or foster care.
Our Benefits
We offer generous health insurance benefits and cover all health insurance premiums for both Believers and their dependents, and 100% 401k matching up to 6% – the maximum set by U.S. Safe Harbor laws.
We offer unlimited PTO and sick time, and encourage people to take time off. We observe all federal holidays based on each Believer’s home base.
As gamers, we offer an annual Games Fund for Believers to purchase and play games. On top of that, we regularly take work days as a company to play new releases together.
