We are looking for an accomplished and creative R&D Engineer to join our game studio and work on creative projects. You will develop modern technologies to enhance our game and create novel experiences for our players.

As an R&D Engineer, you will collaborate with designers, artists, and other programmers to prototype and integrate new features and systems into the game. You will also research new technologies and methods that can improve the game's quality, performance, and usability. You will report directly into the VP of R&D Tech.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with game designers, artists, programmers and testers to integrate technologies into the game engine.

• Prototype new ideas and methods that can create novel and immersive experiences for players.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in game technology and industry

• Researching and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in game development and other industries.

• Produce publicly available documentation (blog posts, conference presentations, open source code contributions) to share our learnings with the Machine Learning community.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in game development or a similar industry.

• Proficiency in C++, C#, or other programming languages.
